18. Betrayal

In the Garden of Gethsemane the disciples of Jesus fall asleep. He enjoins them to wake and pray because the time comes when he will be taken from them.

Judas arrives with soldiers and Jesus says "Here all ready - I am he." Peter, defending Jesus, strikes one of the soldiers and cuts off his ear. Jesus replaces the ear, but the soldiers still bind the hands of Jesus and take him away.
