How you can HELP

May Bank Holiday weekend 2009 may seem to be a long way ahead but time will pass all too quickly unless we get started now.

We need your time, expertise, and financial assistance to stage the Mysteries. We welcome any donations to help stage the plays but you may also be interested in sponsoring a play, in which case see below.

Sponsorship

Would you be interested in sponsoring The Lichfield Mysteries? If you sponsor one of the plays you will be entitled to the following recognition of your donation.

Your details will be added to the relevant page of the website. If you wish, this can include links to your own website and contact details such as an e-mail address or telephone number. Your details will also be given on the relevant page in the programme which will be published shortly before the 2009 performances. We also arranged some publicity shots in the local press for some of our sponsors in 2006, although this cannot be guaranteed for 2009. Sponsorship can be anonymous if you prefer.

We have a range of options for sponsorship, although the sponsorship rates for 2009 have not yet been finalised. We cannot guarantee that your chosen play will be available, but we will make every effort to agree an alternative play if necessary.

Performing

If you or your group would like to perform one of the plays, please contact us via the Contact Form on the index to the left. We will do our best to let you perform the play of your choice, but cannot promise to meet all requests.

Behind the scenes

If you do not want to perform in one of the plays but would like to help in another way, we need plenty of people who can help behind the scenes. These include people who can help make, repair, and look after costumes, scenery and props. Nearer the time we will need people who can help the stage crews and backstage. Finally, during the performances we need people who can help direct people to the venues and sell programmes.
